Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy is a collaborative process between a therapist and an individual client. It involves regular one-on-one sessions in which the client discusses their thoughts, feelings, experiences, and concerns in a safe and confidential environment.

The primary goal of individual psychotherapy is to help the client understand themselves better, gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors, and develop strategies for addressing challenges and achieving their goals.
